Winkhaus’ virtual network combines the advantages of offline and online solutions in a new way, while avoiding the cabling of locking cylinders and door fittings. Thanks to the large number of different door components, it can be expanded dynamically and flexibly adapted to individual requirements.

Wireless communication for added convenience

With blueSmart, the communication takes place in encrypted and wireless form between the identification media and door components: On request, the keys transmit data each time they are used to carry out a locking process in the building. These are passed on to the upload reader the next time the locking authorisation is updated. Battery warning messages and locking events, for example, can be transmitted automatically.

The key features at a glance

blueSmart allows you to adjust locking authorisations flexibly and at short notice. Locking authorisations for door components can be managed using time profiles. Every locking attempt is logged on request. In the case of virtual networking, this is then transferred back to the locking system database by keys from the cylinders via upload readers.

With its blueSmart, Winkhaus offers a far-sighted, flexible locking solution, which can be adapted to changing structures in your company at any time and simply grows with the company as required. While the locking cylinders can be mounted and retrofitted in any door with no additional construction measures, the software modules cover the needs of companies of any size.

blueSmart reliably transfers data to the entire system with exceptional speed: a command is saved on a central upload reader and is passed on to the respective locking cylinder via key contact in the next locking action.

Locking convenience while on the move

Thanks to the innovative blueSmart app, you can also receive programming commands from the management software on the go. With the blueSmart Active key and your mobile end device, you can even transfer these to remote components in your locking system.

You also remain flexible in the event of changes in authorisations! Only upload readers are connected online for this function.

Access authorisations and disable commands are spread through the intelligent interaction of identification media and door components, in combination with central management software and upload readers.

Immediately after the identification media has been in contact with the upload reader, new access authorisations are effective for your own key. Further authorisation changes take effect in the virtual network within a short period of time and are logged back so that an up-to-date locking system database is always available.
