HYPERION Park, Siechnice
The large law firm Hyperion in the catchment area of Wrocław (Breslau) is housed in a modern, three-storey office building. It is called HYPERION Park and also offers contemporary premises to other companies. Together with the security experts from Exit, Winkhaus equipped the complex with a blueSmart locking system. All accesses are managed centrally via blueControl software. In addition to the high response speed of Winkhaus technology, the uncomplicated handling was a crucial factor for the investment decision.
Many internationally active companies, as well as numerous start-ups, have established themselves in the region surrounding the vibrant metropolis. In the newly built office complex in Siechnice, more than 130 Hyperion employees dedicate themselves to the needs of clients from a wide range of industries. Financial service providers, telecommunications and energy companies and more make use of the legal services.
Since the modern building offers 3,000 m2 of space, parts of it have also been rented out to other companies. blueSmart secures external entrances and internal doors so that people come and go at all hours without risk. 26 electronic blueSmart cylinders and 36 intelligent blueSmart ETB-IM door handle sets are used day and night on glass, wood and aluminium doors. Two upload readers keep access rights on 352 electronic blueSmart keys up to date at all times. The two readers are connected online to the central PC on which the system is managed. Authorisations can be granted, changed or revoked with just a few clicks of the mouse. The upload readers automatically transmit the new status to the keys during daily use.
Experts from Winkhaus Polska were already involved during the construction phase. A sophisticated concept was created in close cooperation with the investor, the architects and Winkhaus partner Exit from Wrocław. This has proven its worth in daily practice: Users and administrators of the locking system in HYPERION Park appreciate the convenience and handling of the intelligent technology, which increases security for people, data and for the building and its inventory.
